• Check-in:
  Is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Early or late arrivals MUST be arranged in advance. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Payment:
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, travelers checks, money orders, and cash.
• Smoking:
  All accommodations are nonsmoking. If you smoke in the room there will be a $ 500 fee to cover cleaning and lost revenues.
• Pets:
  We're pet friendly and charge a one-time $20 pet cleaning fee. Bed and breakfast rooms 4-8 are available for accommodations with pets.
• Deposits:
  A deposit is required to secure all reservations. The amount is equal to 50% of your entire stay and can be made with a major credit card, or check if received within 5 working days of making your reservation and at least 14 days of your arrival. Your balance is due upon check-in.
• Cancellations:
  Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund of deposit, less a $40 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 21 days of scheduled arrival will receive a 1 year credit, less a $40 handling fee.
• No-shows & early departures:
  Confirmed reservations are guaranteed, thus No- Shows will be subject to a fee equal to the quoted nightly rate plus tax for each nights reserved stay. Early departures are subject to a fee equal to the quoted nightly rate plus tax for each night that is not rebooked.
